CARPENTER

Job description:
- Manufacturing, assembling and dismantling formwork
- Preparing and processing wooden elements for construction works
- Performing carpentry works according to drawings and instructions from supervisors
- Working on construction sites while following occupational safety rules
- Maintaining tools and work equipment
Required education, knowledge and skills:
- Completed vocational school for carpentry or appropriate professional education
- Certificate of completed course or training for carpentry work
- At least 2 years of work experience in carpentry jobs
- Category B driving licence
- Responsibility, independence and readiness for teamwork

- Quality control of works execution, schedule adherence, and costs, maintaining construction logs and diaries, preparing interim and final reports
- Maintaining technical cooperation and coordination with other relevant experts involved in construction
- Work is performed throughout Croatia
Required education, knowledge, and skills:
- Educational qualification – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Driving license: B category
- Work experience – minimum 3 years
- Professional exam – not a requirement, but an advantage

Required education, knowledge, and skills:

PROCUREMENT AND COST ESTIMATION MANAGER
Procurement and Cost Estimation Manager (m/f)
We are looking for a motivated, qualified, and proactive individual for the position of Procurement and Cost Estimation Manager who will take on a key role in preparing bids, managing procurement, and expanding our business.
Job Description
- Preparation, calculation, and development of cost estimates for construction projects
- Preparation and management of public procurement procedures in the construction sector
- Expansion and maintenance of the supplier network and negotiation of procurement terms
- Maintaining, building, and improving communication and relationships with clients / investors
- Actively expanding the business network and creating new business opportunities
Requirements
- Education: Higher education qualification or university degree (VŠS / VSS)
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the same or similar positions
- Mandatory experience in construction project cost estimation
- Mandatory experience in public procurement in the construction sector
- Knowledge of construction standards, technical regulations, and applicable legislation
- Driving licence: Category B
- Strong organisational and negotiation skills, well-developed interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality client relationships
- Proactive approach and focus on creating new business opportunities
